Delivery Information

Two emails will be sent to you – one on receipt of your order, acknowledging its arrival, and another once Dr Asher assesses your individual form and issues a prescription.

These emails will contain no sensitive information and will not require encryption.

Encryption

Your encryption key will be the password you enter on placing your order.

Dispatch

Orders will be sent by first class post the same or next working day. Postage and delivery is included in the fee on our price list.

Declined orders

Should Askthedoctoruk Clinic find that the requested medication is not appropriate for you, an encrypted email (see above) will be sent to you with a brief explanation why. Similarly, if further medical data is required to give you the best treatment an encrypted email to this effect will be sent to you.

There will be NO charge for declined orders and any money taken from your account will be returned to the payment card you authorised in several days.

Damaged or faulty goods and returns

For health and safety reasons, once medications are sold, we are unable to accept their return apart from faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods however can be returned and a full refund will be given. Please inform us first via a message on our website of your intention to return faulty goods including the nature of the fault and order number if appropriate.

Kindly return to the dispensing clinic or pharmacy, the details of which will be on the patient label on the medication.

Please return by registered mail please and include original packing. Order cancellations may be made up to the point that the doctor issues a prescription. PLEASE NOTE: this may occur in minutes or hours of your completing the form.

Plain Packaging

All packaging is plain and there is nothing to identify the contents inside. Nothing but your address appears on the packaging
